Spring term 2023 Parent Consultations

 The arrangements for this term’s Parents’ Consultations are as follows.  We have organised two dates for you to meet with your child’s class teacher online:

Thursday 23^rd February 2023

 Thursday 9^th March 2023

 There are individual arrangements in place for the Nursery and Class 2D.  Please consult the class teachers to confirm details.

 These virtual meetings will be held between 3.45 and 5.45pm, bookings can only be made on SchoolPing with the class teacher. 

 The booking process will go live at 8:00pm on Thursday 9^th February

Once you have booked a date online, the class teacher will ensure you are sent the login and password details of the meeting, which will be held on Zoom

 Parents and carers are recommended to meet with their children’s teachers on one of these dates.  It is the most important meeting of the year, the children’s progress to date will be shared and new objectives for the children will be passed on to you.  Your child’s education is a partnership between home and school.  Communication of information is very important to ensure we work together for your child’s success in school.  The most successful learners are those who are supported by their parents at home.

 Your child's mid-year report will be sent to you electronically on Monday 20^th February.  You will have an opportunity to discuss the contents with your child's class teacher at the spring consultation meeting.

 Please note, if any class teacher is absent, it may be necessary to offer alternative dates for the meetings.  If you are affected by this, you will be contacted directly.
