Library visits by class 6E and class 6F
Tuesday 10th March:
Year One classes “Bring your parent to school” sessions
Wednesday 11th March:
Year Three classes “Bring your parent to school” sessions
Friday 13th March:
“The Big Pedal” – children are invited to come to school on their bicycle, scooter or skateboard
“Red Nose day”
The children can dress in red on the day, buy red noses and do a sponsored silence at the weekend.
Mr Stringer, Mr Bhatti and Miss Holmes are working on a project to produce a video of the children’s activities on the day.
The children will learn the Red Nose Day song during singing assembly.
Outcomes of the day:
• Our children and community are more aware of children around the world who do not have the luxury of free education.
• They are inspired to make a social change.
• They have understood the importance of raising money.
• They have had fun!
