I have been overwhelmed by everyone's kindness and support at the end of term, you have all been both generous and flattering in your gifts and messages. The farewell events over the past two weeks, whilst very emotional and amusing at times, mean a lot to me. Thank you all so very much.
It has been my privilege to serve the Gearies commuity for 27 years and I am proud of the legacy we have all achieved together. The school community is very special to me, your messages and gifts have been very touching. Words will never be enough to sum up my emotions right now.
I wish all the children well for the future, please support Mr Lea and Mrs Dias as they write the next chapter for the school. Enjoy your summer holidays.
