Special 35th Anniversary Edition of 'Love in a Box' Shoebox Appeal Launch

Hi Parents/Carers, In the past, we have supported children through the ‘Love in a Box’ Shoebox Appeal. I am pleased to let you know that we are doing this again this year. Here is reminder of what it is and why we are asking you to support this wonderful What exactly is the Shoebox Appeal? Each year the nationwide shoebox appeal to provide shoeboxes full of gifts and essentials to vulnerable children and senior citizens in Romania for Christmas. We have a network of staff and volunteers in Romania that help us deliver shoebox gifts to the most vulnerable members of society. For many, their shoebox is the only gift they’ll get at Christmas. You can download this label from your child's Year Group Blog. Please bring your completed box to the office as soon as possible. The last day is Tuesday 5th November 2024. Remember to include the £2:00 for delivery. Thank you for your support. Miss Fan

Please note the following information: New term dates and timings: • Monday 2nd September – school closed for staff training • Tuesday 3rd September - school closed for staff training • Wednesday 4th September – start of term, children return at the usual times Where to go in September Children from Years 1-6 need to enter the gate on their own and parents should say goodbye at the gate.
