Autumn term attendance certificates

We were delighted to award full attendance certificates to 119 children for the autumn term period.  This is a very impressive achievement and a welcome upturn in results.  Our school attendance is gradually returning to pre-pandemic levels.  Each child was awarded a special certificate to mark the achievement.

Christmas Jumper day fundraising

Our thanks to everyone who supported our Christmas Jumper day in December.  An impressive £558:70 was raised for Save the Children who support children in need both in the UK and abroad.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Storm damage

Storm Henk blew over the country on Tuesday and caused a lot of damage to many houses and gardens.  We noted damage to the NIPA canopy, now a write-off, one of the cover sails in the main playground, which blew into a window in the Infant hall and broke it, much of our green screen netting blew off, part of a tree blew down in the Nursery and many of the basketball hoops blew over.  Repairs where possible are already underway, out thanks to our caretaking team for a swift response making safe the sites affected and starting so quickly on the repairs.
