This app has been updated to bring a more consistent experience across different mobile operating systems. It has had a design refresh, improvements to notification handling plus the addition of new features.
Please be aware that Version 12 and 13 of the Android OS alongside iOS 15.7 to 16.2 are compatible with the app. Users will need to ensure that they remove the existing app on their phone and then go to the app store to download the latest version. More device details are now going to be captured when users login to the app, allowing SchoolPing to rapidly assist with troubleshooting and identifying any issues in the future.
An alert has been added that will appears for 5 seconds when accessing the app if it detects that notifications are switched off.
