This year at Gearies we will be supporting Children in Need with PYJAMA DAY!
BBC Children in Need ensures that every child has the childhood they deserve – and the support they need to thrive. They fund thousands of charities and projects in every corner of the UK, that support children and young people to feel and be safer, have improved mental health and wellbeing, form better, more positive relationships and be given more equal opportunities to flourish.
All children are encouraged to come to
school in their wackiest, funniest, most comfortable Pyjamas they own! Dressing
gowns, onesies, Pudsey bears and ears are welcomed! Children are reminded to
dress appropriately for the weather, including footwear.
When:
Friday 18th November 2022
Cost:
A £1 donation will be given to Children in Need to
support children and young adults across the country.
Throughout the day, each class will
participate in activities in support of the cause.
Children who do not wish to partake in
Pyjama day, will be expected to attend school in their school uniform.
