Social Change projects
Class 3D have had some spectacular success with their social change project recently. To raise awareness of homelessness, the children were sponsored to try sleeping one night out of their beds in places like the floor, on a sofa or in a different room. The event was hugely successful and raised an amazing total of £1,584. This is amazing, well done everyone in the class.
We now look to see news updates from the other classes on their personal projects.
Staffing News
On Monday, we will be joined by a new colleague, Mrs R Begum, employed as a SEND Practitioner. She will be supporting our SEND children, please spare the time to welcome her to our community.
Local elections
We can confirm that local Council Elections in Redbridge will be held on Thursday 5th May. The school site will be used as a Polling Station. We intend to use our Training Room as the venue for this, as this is self-contained, there will be no need to close the school and we can continue as normal. All classes will continue on the day as normal.
