School Christmas card design winner
The artist behind this year’s Gearies Christmas card illustration is Aileen Ahmed in class 6D. She has won our competition. Well done on your excellent design. The card will be sent to our contacts next month.
Staffing news - we will be very sad to mark Tuesday as this is the last day at work for Mrs Taylor. She has been our Welfare Assistant at the school for a very long time, and she will be very sadly missed. We are retaining her on a zero hours contract, however she will not be in school regularly from now on.
Flu vaccinations - these will take place over next Thursday, all classes are involved as long as parents have signed a consent form.
