Covid update

Local transmissions in Redbridge are now rising to levels recorded back in March.  The recent gains up to May in very low infection rates are now being reversed due to the spread of the Delta variant.  Instances of isolation in Redbridge schools are also on the rise, though positive cases remain very low indeed.  We are nowhere near levels experienced in the autumn however this is not a time to be complacent, we need to retain precautions until the locality is safer.

The school may be lifting some restrictions towards the end of term however these will be minor.  Preparations for what precautions will be in place in September are under way, when decisions are made you will be informed.  We hope that all members of staff will have received both vaccinations before we return in September.

The school continues to present a very safe place to learn in, we have not recorded a positive case on site since March.  All previous safety precautions are still in place, they appear to be working very well.  Recent feedback from the children themselves also indicates they feel very safe in school.
