On Wednesday we received a report that one of the children in Year Four had tested positive for Covid-19. As a precaution all the children in that year group bubble and all members of staff who came into direct contact were instructed to self-isolate for the next 14 days, as per PHE instructions. Online learning with Zoom lessons will now be taught by the teaching team during this period.
My thoughts are with the child who tested positive as well all the children and members of staff affected by the safety measures. I hope you all stay safe over the next two weeks. I hope you enjoy the home learning content and look forward to seeing everyone return on 18th November.
My thanks to our wonderful team in school who helped implement the actions so swiftly this morning and keeping everyone calm - my colleagues in SLT, the office team, the Y4 teaching and SEND teams and the Welfare team. You all gave great support this morning. Thank you.
