The children’s end of year reports will handed out to parents and carers at the end of the school day on Friday 6th July. These will not be given to children. Teachers will give these to any adult collecting, as long as they are one of the usual contacts we are familiar with.
If a child is attending a club after school, the reports will be handed to the club leader to distribute on our behalf.
Any reports left uncollected will stay with the class teacher until Monday morning. If, by midday on Monday, we still have reports uncollected, these will be posted to the registered home address in the afternoon.
Inside the reports will also be the news of your child’s next class teacher. A report with the new class allocations will be published on the notice boards after school on Friday 6th July.
Children in Years One (and year Two if the child had to take a re-sit) will also receive the results of their Phonics Screening Check.
We are not sure if the data reports on End of Key Stage results for year two will be ready by then. These are produced by the DfE and LA. If they are not ready in time they will be sent out on their own when we receive them.
The Year Six SATs results are published on 10th July. We believe the report on the results will be available a few days after that. We will have these ready to send home as soon as they are published.
The class teachers will be available in their classrooms between 3:30 and 5:00pm on Monday 9th July, to receive any parent who wishes to discuss the report. Appointments are not necessary, but you may have to wait if several parents arrive at the same time.
