This prayer was composed by the children from class 3J in response to the tragic events of the week:
Dear God,
You are most gracious and the most merciful.
Two days ago, we heard of some very tragic news. The Houses of Parliament in London was attacked. This saddens our hearts and we send love and peace to those who have lost loved ones.
Thank you for blessing us all with our rights as children, especially our right to think and believe what we want and to practice our religion freely.
Please watch over all the children and adults of this world who may not have this right and guide us in spreading this awareness.
We pray for a peaceful and happy life for everybody in this world.
Amen
We urge everyone in our community to work tougher to make the world a better place for our children to grow up in.
