As from 6th February, the teachers will be leading all the children in a short 5 minute workout at the end of each playtime to help keep the children fit and healthy. The workout sequence consists of 10 moves lasting 30 seconds each.
- Star jumps
- Side steps (arms up and down)
- Marching on the spot
- Touching opposite toes
- Jogging
- Swimming (forwards and backwards)
- Hopping
- Squats
- Ski moves
- Balance
