Competition win - Book Trust grant of £300

Newsflash!! “Book Grant for Schools” competition win

Our school has been selected as a winner of a prize in the Siobhan Dowd Trust bookshop competition. There were a number of entries they liked in our region, so they split the grant amount between several schools so more kids benefit from the experience.
We have won £300 to spend on books at a local independent bookseller of our choice.
Our thanks go to Mrs Moore for applying for this on behalf of the school.  We look forward to planning a visit shortly and claiming the grant to bring back to school.
